Ruling: If you are Boy Howdy V1/V2 or you are in a match where the crowd meter is started in an elevated state and this is in your opening hand you may not mulligan, because you are considered to have a legal play. If it is any other scenario and you lose the first turn of the game then you may mulligan as your hand is no longer containing a Lead on your first turn.
